Last holiday tutorial part 3

Hi beauties!
The last part of my last holiday tutorial. I want to know what you think of that mini series? Do you loved it? Do you want more tutorials? Let me know!

So for the last, I decided to do this:
You may recognize the other nails that I do for the first part
But today we will work on the Santa Claus. :) Let's see that!

What you will need:
 Base coat and top coat

Red Polish, White polish, Black polish and Light pink polish

A big dotting tool (or a top of bobby pine) and a small dotting tool (or a tooth pick)

Start by apply your base coat and red polish on 1/4 of your nail.

Apply white on the tips of your nails like a french tip.

With white polish and your small dotting tool (or white stripper), do a fine line on each side
start from the red to the white.

With your big dotting tool and your white polish, do dots on the border of the red and the white.

With your small dotting tool and your black polish, do two little dots for the eyes of the Santa.

With your light pink polish and your small dotting tool, do a small nose on the top of the barb.

Add top coat, and that's it!

Friday or Saturday, I'll post a picture of all my nails done!

Hope you liked it and don't forget to tell me what you think about this series of tutorials!

Last holiday tutorial part 2

Hi beauties!
Today, second part of the last tutorial. The thumb nail is the Santa's coat. With this nail, you'll have a BIG clue on what the nail of tomorrow will be! So let's see how to do the thumb nail!

What you'll need:
Base coat and top coat (see the first part for details)

Red polish, White polish (or white stripper), Black stripper, Silver glitter stripper

Apply your base coat and one or two coats of your red polish.

Do a line on the middle of your nails.
(If you want you can make some dots each side of the line to do as it were fur.)

Now, do a black line to do the belt.
Last step, make a rectangle with the silver glitter to do the buckle of the belt.
Apply your top coat to seal the design and you're done!

Guess what design it will be tomorrow? :)

Last holiday tutorial part 1

Hi beauties!
The time for the last holiday tutorial has come. I know, it supposed to be the Thursday, but this week, the tutorial will be in 3 parts and I want you to show you the last part Wednesday. So if you want to try it, you'll have time before Christmas!

So today it will be the design to do on all the nails except the ring finger (it can be any finger you want) and the thumb. Let's start!

What you'll need:
Base coat (Nutra Nail, Nail hardener with green tea) and Top coat (Seche Vite)

Red polish (Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Cherry Red), White polish (CR Nail Polish in #58) and a Silver Glitter stripper (Jordana Pop Art in Star Designer)

First step: Apply your base coat and 1 or 2 coats of your red polish. (I apply just one)

Paint the tip of your nails white. Like a French mani. Don't worry if the line is not perfect.

Where the red and the white meet, apply a line of your silver glitter.

Apply your top coat and that's it :) Simple, not?
Tomorrow the second part! The thumb nail :)

FAIL: Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat

Hi beauties! Today I'm here for a post a lil' bit less happy. I'm here to share with you my opinion on a product that I hate! Yes, hate. Not just doesn't like. This product, what I say! This crap is the Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat. Normally, I like the Revlon polish, but this... There's why.

First, the price. The Revlon polish is around 4$ at Walmart, but the cares polish is around 6$. Ok, for a top coat is not that expensive, but for this one, yes it is.

Second, it's very liquid. A good top coat must be thick like Sally Hansen Insta-Dri or Sèche Vite, there are both very thick. Because it's liquid, it's difficult to apply it correctly. It glides on the side, like water.

Third, it makes my nail art design all spreed. No way to make beautiful straight line.

Fourth, it doesn't give my nails a beautiful shine. Maybe because it's liquid and I don't succeed to apply it correctly...

And fifth, IT DOESN'T DRY FAST. It simply doesn't dry. After 3 hour maybe, but my nails are all scrap after 1 hour, because I have no patience to wait for let my nails dry. It's I bought a quick dry top coat! It's logical, not?

In short, if you want to pay 6$ for a top coat that supposedly dry fast your nail polish but it doesn't and all I said above, buy it! But for me, I advise you to not waist your money with this pure crap!

If you try it, what you think? Is it just mine that does this? I want to heard you!

On this, have a nice day or evening :)

Third Holiday Tutorial: Christmas Ornaments!

Hi beauties :) Today I'm back with the third tutorial. After this one, it will last only one. I'm so excited to present the next one! Here what's the tutorial of today looks like:
The first time I did it!

I want to tell you that when I'll hit 50 followers on my blog, I will be host a little giveaway and I will also prepare a surprise for you! So talk about my blog on Twitter, Facebook and on your blog :)

So, let's go to the tutorial!

What you'll need:
Base coat (Nutra Nail Bullet-Proof Strenght) and
Top coat (Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat)

Some nails polish in different colours for your Christmas ornaments
(Apple Bottom in Red Delicious, Gold Mine and Club Queen. Wet'n'Wild Fast Dry in SaGreena the Teenage Witch ans ACO in Disco Queen)

Some nail art polish (white, Silver glitter, Gold glitter, Red with glitter and Green glitter).
And a Dark grey (Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Gunmetal)

A small dotting tool or a tooth pick.

First, apply your base coat. After, create a round shape on the half of your nail.
Sorry for my cuticles! GRRR!

With your dotting tool or tooth pick and your dark grey polish do three dot on the top of the round. On the top of this three dot, draw a rectangle. And on the top of this rectangle draw a ring. I know this is a lil bit difficult!

Draw some decoration on the Christmas ornament. I do some straight lines and curves lines.

Add your top coat and you're done! Hope you like it!
